What to include in your enquiry
The more of this you give us, the closer the first draft will be:
- Your travel dates, or the month if the dates are still open
- How many people, and the ages of any children
- Roughly how long you have and where you fly in and out
- The three things you most want to do, and anything you would rather skip
- The kind of accommodation you have in mind, and a budget range if you have one

Travel agencies and tour operators
We have worked with agencies and operators abroad since 2001 and handle a large share of our volume that way. If you are in the trade, say so in your message and we will send contracted rates and the current product manual instead of a retail quote.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one working day, and usually the same day if you write during Hanoi office hours. If you have not heard from us in 48 hours, something went wrong with the email — call us.
Do I have to pay to get an itinerary?
No. We write the first itinerary and quote for free, and we will revise it. We only ask for a deposit once you decide to go ahead.
What deposit do you take?
Usually a percentage on confirmation with the balance before arrival, though it varies with the season and the suppliers involved. The exact terms are written on your quote before you pay anything.
Which languages do you work in?
English for correspondence and guiding. Guides in other languages can be arranged for most regions with enough notice.
