What we collect
- Enquiry details: your name, email, phone number, travel dates, group size and what you tell us about the trip you want
- Booking details: passport information where a supplier requires it, dietary and medical information you choose to give us, insurance policy details and emergency contacts
- Payment records, held by our bank and payment provider rather than on this website
- Standard technical information from this website, such as pages viewed and approximate location, used only to see which pages are useful
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to book the hotels, flights, boats and guides your trip needs, to meet legal and licensing obligations in Vietnam, and to contact you while you are travelling. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone other than the suppliers directly involved in your trip.
Marketing
We send occasional travel updates only to people who have ticked the box asking for them. Every message carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately, and unsubscribing has no effect on a trip you have booked.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to two years if you do not book, so that we recognise you if you come back. Booking records are kept for the period required by Vietnamese accounting and tourism law, after which they are deleted.
Security
Enquiries submitted through this website are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to our internal systems. Access is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to demo_email and we will respond within thirty days.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to make it work and to count page views in aggregate. It does not carry advertising trackers or third-party profiling scripts.
