Why travel this route
The south is the easy part of Vietnam: flat, green, warm all year, and close enough together that a week covers it properly. You ride between orchards and canals rather than on highways, and finish with your feet in the Gulf of Thailand.
It also suits travellers arriving from Cambodia, since Phu Quoc and the delta sit right on that side of the country. We regularly attach this week to an Angkor trip.

What you actually do
Riding days are 25–40 km on flat ground with a support vehicle. Everything on Phu Quoc is optional.

Good to know before you book
Phu Quoc is reached by a short flight from Can Tho or Saigon. Sea conditions on the west coast are calmest from November to April.
